Our MicroMist Evaporative Gas Conditioning systems are installed all over the world with some of the largest cement manufacturing companies. The MicroMist nozzle technology patented for our EGC systems was applied towards developing wet scrubber technology acquired when EnviroCare purchased ProAct in the 1990’s. Atomization capability with our MicroMist nozzle was critical for high efficiency scrubbers that could rival Wet ESP in some applications for sub-micron particulate scrubbing. Today, that scrubber technology is marketed as the VenturiPak Scrubber in municipal sewage sludge incineration, drying, and other high temperature processes and it is called the MicroMist Scrubber in our industrial applications. With over 100 scrubbers installed in some of the most difficult and critical applications, EnviroCare continues to evolve our technology to fit our customer needs.
